Two newborn moms ourselves wanting modern and environmentally safe essentials for our babies, but feeling too overwhelmed between late-night feedings and fast-paced careers to spend hours looking for these products….we decided to take matters into our own hands. In the summer of 2007 NewBornMom was born. Our online boutique specializes in 100% eco-friendly and trendy products for Baby, Mom and Dad. All products have been carefully selected for their environmentally safe makeup, responsible manufacturing (none of the products are made with child labor or in sweatshops), and mod designs.
This business venture came about after having our first babies (Gabriela & Georgine) and realizing how difficult it was to find baby essentials that met all our standards. Granted, we were looking for superb quality, vibrant colors and hip designs made with eco-friendly materials. Until NewBornMom came into the scene, the idea of buying trendy organic or “green” baby basics all in one store was still in the making. Plus it often meant sacrificing style, trends and color. After many months of careful research, we had found hundreds of the best eco-safe baby products.We decided to take this as a challenge, compile all these resources into one place, and show the world that it is, not only possible but easy, being "green" and fashionable all at once….Best of all NewBornMom has done all the homework for you!
We carefully chose all the products in our store, as many of them are what we personally use on our babies.We made sure all the products were chic and contained natural, organic and earth-friendly materials. In keeping with this belief, we have also been mindful that our company uses all recycled office, shipping and wrapping supplies. Furthermore, each year we will be donating a percentage of our sales to respectable charitable and “green” causes dear to our hearts.
This store was created with lots of endless nights on the computer, skipped meals, over-worked brains, effort & love. We definitely took “multi-tasking” to a whole new level.We thank our wonderful husbands and babies for their patience and support.
